Unipartner Summer Academy 2026 comes to a close
That’s a wrap on the Unipartner Summer Academy 2026! 🚀
After months of learning, new challenges, collaboration, and growth, another inspiring edition has come to an end.
This year’s edition brought together more than 15 mentees and mentors across different business and technology areas, giving our mentees the opportunity to step beyond the classroom and experience consulting and technology first-hand.
Throughout the summer, they contributed to over 20 projects and initiatives, working alongside Unipartner teams and gaining hands-on experience with real business challenges. For many, this was their first opportunity to contribute to real projects for some of the largest organizations, putting their knowledge into practice while developing new technical and professional skills. đź’ˇ
To mark the end of the Academy, each mentee shared a reflection on their journey, highlighting the projects, initiatives, contributions, challenges, and key learnings that shaped their experience and the impact they created along the way.
The session also included a closing message from our President & CEO, Fernando Reino da Costa, together with Francisco Gomes, COO & People Managing Partner, encouraging mentees to remain adaptable, continuously learn, and take an active role in shaping the future of work in an AI-driven world.
