Unipartner supported another edition of the Portugal Smart Cities Summit 2026, contributing to one of the country’s leading platforms shaping the future of cities and public services. ✨
Over three days, the conversation focused on how cities are evolving, with data and Artificial Intelligence playing a decisive role in enabling better decisions, stronger connectivity, and more citizen-centric services.
This year’s Summit brought together key voices from across the public sector, including Gonçalo Saraiva Matias (Portuguese Minister for State Reform), Carlos Moedas (Lisbon’s Mayor), Isaltino Morais (Oeiras’s Mayor), Manuel Dias (CTO of the State & President at ARTE) and other leading mayors, government representatives, and decision-makers.
At our stand, we showcased how our Conversational AI Agent can be applied across public sector organizations to transform citizen services at scale. 💡
Designed to be easily adaptable to different public bodies, this solution helps organizations reduce operational effort, accelerate response times, and improve service efficiency, while providing citizens with quicker access to information, smoother journeys, and a more responsive public service experience.
The exchange of ideas was also a key part of our presence. We had the opportunity to connect with a wide range of participants, including José Ribau Esteves, President of CCDR Centro and Chair of the Strategic Council of the Portugal Smart Cities Summit, whose leadership and extensive experience in public administration reinforce the importance of collaboration across institutions in building smarter, more connected urban ecosystems.
These conversations extended beyond the stage, including a valuable exchange over lunch with Jaime Quesado, João Camões (Head of the Portuguese Division of Cybersecurity and Digital Resilience), Nuno de Brito Palma and Paula Almeida (Cascais' Municipality), Bruno Oliveira and Cila Correia (Viseu's Municipality), and Dália Palma (FIL’s Coordinating Manager). 🤝
Unipartner continues to support public sector organizations in turning strategy into action, connecting technology, data, and governance to build more efficient, resilient, and future-ready cities. 🚀
