At Unipartner, the PMO Consultant role is an exciting and challenging opportunity for an experienced project management professional to support the delivery of high-value consulting projects within a dynamic IT environment.
As a consultant, you will work on client engagements to plan, coordinate, monitor, and support the delivery of projects across different service areas, business sectors, and IT solutions. You will apply standard methodologies and leading IT solutions to help teams deliver quality outcomes.
You will act as a trusted advisor, supporting project governance, budget management, reporting, and stakeholder alignment, while contributing with your expertise and knowledge to ensure consistent client value.
What is the challenge?
In this role, you will:
▪ Manage and monitor multiple projects across different service areas and business sectors;
▪ Support project planning, scheduling, budget control, and delivery follow-up;
▪ Ensure clear project reporting, documentation, and communication with stakeholders;
▪ Track project progress, risks, issues, timelines, and deliverables;
▪ Promote project governance standards and support continuous improvement practices;
▪ Collaborate with project teams to ensure high-quality delivery and team engagement;
Technical skills
▪ Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, PMO, or similar roles;
▪ Strong knowledge of Microsoft Project;
▪ Project Management/Scrum certification.
Soft & other skills
▪ Ability to work effectively in demanding and fast-paced environments;
▪ Strong sense of responsibility, dynamism, and proactivity;
▪ Good communication and stakeholder management skills;
▪ Strong organizational and prioritization skills;
▪ Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
