Who are we looking for?

A Finance Assistant at Unipartner is an exciting & challenging role. As a Finance Assistant you will support the operational and analytical activities of the Finance Department. Your mission is to ensure accuracy in accounting tasks, cost control, reporting, and administrative processes, contributing to reliable financial information and efficient internal operations.

What is the challenge?

In this role, you will:
▪ Support general accounting activities, including processing, classifying, and organizing financial documents.
▪ Perform account reconciliations, verify balances, and assist with monthly closing tasks.
▪ Manage accounts payable and receivable by registering invoices, monitoring payment cycles, and supporting collections.
▪ Communicate with suppliers and customers regarding financial matters.
▪ Prepare financial reports, data extractions, analytical maps, and contribute to cost control activities.
▪ Update dashboards and assist in preparing documentation for internal and external audits.
▪ Maintain and organize digital and physical archives, ensuring accurate documentation flow.
▪ Update internal databases and provide administrative support across the Finance Department.
▪ Analyze financial conditions in client proposals and RFPs, ensuring alignment with contractual and financial requirements.
▪ Collaborate with Procurement, HR, Projects, and Operations teams on financial and administrative topics.
▪ Identify opportunities to optimize processes and contribute to automation and efficiency initiatives.

Technical skills

▪ Bachelor’s degree in management, Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related field;
▪ Strong Excel and Office 365 skills
▪ Experience with ERP Dynamics 365 Financials and Project Operations, or other similar systems (e.g. Primavera, SAP, Navision).

Soft & other skills

▪ High sense of responsibility, organization, and accuracy.
▪ Fast learner with strong motivation to grow.
▪ Good communication and teamwork abilities.
▪ Proactive mindset and ability to manage multiple tasks.
