Unipartner Mentoring Program
A new Mentoring Program session has come to an end!
The program, which started in October, gave mentors and mentees the chance to learn from one another, form bonds, and provided opportunities to develop their abilities on both a personal and professional level. Mentors from various backgrounds assisted mentees in reaching the objectives they established at the program's launch. Some mentees set goals for improving soft skills, while others sought to enhance the technical skills required for their assigned projects.
All involved benefited from the program experience, with the mentees achieving their goals and the mentors reviewing their own practices as they helped their mentees overcome challenges.
The program was very successful and we can’t wait for the next edition!
