Carris, Generali and Sumol Compal joined our June DIF session!

Carris, Generali and Sumol Compal joined Unipartner and MIcrosoft for one more Digital Innovation Factory session, focused on the business case "HR AI Partner".

By working with OpenAI tools like virtual agents and ChatGPT, Carris, Generali and Sumol Compal were able to understand how they can improve internal processes, respond to employees’ needs more efficiently and increase satisfaction rates. They brought different people-focused needs from their own professional workplaces and contexts to explore how Generative AI tools, fine-tuned on proprietary data, can help them solve them.
