Rui Miguel was a jury at ESCE IPS' public contest

The Escola Superior de Ciências Empresariais do Instituto Politécnico de Setúbal awarded Joao Barbas, Colonel of the Portuguese Army and former Chief of Staff, with the title of “Specialist in Information Systems Management".
