Sales Associate

Role Overview

Being a Sales Associate at Unipartner comes with an exciting & challenging role. As a Sales Associate, you will work with the Commercial Team on business development activities such as offering development, lead generation, proposal development, client demos and presentations, on various solutions, industry and opportunities and contributing to customer satisfaction.

The Challenge

  • Engaging with current and new prospective customers, working side by side with other sales executives, representing the company.

  • Identifying key decision makers whilst developing and qualifying new business opportunities within the targeted markets through cold calling, events, and high-level prospecting.

  • Articulating the solutions and services available and tailoring it to client-specific needs.

  • Meeting set targets and working closely with other Sales members of the Commercial Area by methodically working on and following up on a variety of pro-active sales activity.

  • Conduct market research to identify new selling possibilities.

  • Work in developing  and maintaining services and solutions offerings,

  • Consistently work with the rest of the Commercial Team for achieving quarterly and annual Sales Orders KPIs.

  • To undertake any other duties as requested by the other Sales Executives in accordance with the scope and responsibilities of the role.

We are looking for bright talent with a minimum of:

  • 1 years of professional experience (this is a nice to have, we accept less experience)

Required Technical Skills:

  • Experience in IT consulting, sales or as a sales associate will be valued.

Required Soft Skills:

  • Have a real desire to get into sales.

  • Ability to work in stressful environments.

  • Strong sense of responsibility, dynamism and proactivity;

  • Good communication skills;

  • Ability to communicate with several stakeholders.

  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree

Required Languages:

  • Fluent in Portuguese and English
