Role overview

A Senior Consultant at Unipartner is an exciting & challenging role. Our senior consultants work on billable engagements to design, develop, and implement solutions by using standard or new methods, techniques and top IT Tech solutions, consistently delivering high client value.

This senior consultant will work on analyzing, creating and implementing new technical and business solutions, develop pre-sales and project management activities as well as mentoring team members. This role will be part of a technology consultancy team with a large mission critical infrastructure experience, working with major clients in different sectors.

We are looking for a senior consultant with complex Outsystems enterprise solutions experience to be recognized as a trusted advisor within Unipartner colleagues, customers and decision makers. The expected level of technology knowledge includes the ability to choose, identify and describe solutions benefits, including non-technical ones, for each customer reality. Additionally, should have relevant experience performing pre-sales activities and leading project management teams and projects.

Required profile:

  • 10 years of IT or business solutions consulting services professional experience;

  • 5 years of Outsystems solutions analysis, design and development (mandatory);

  • > 5 years in Insurance business projects (mandatory);

  • 2 years in team management activities;

  • 1 year in project management activities (not mandatory);

  • Microsoft experience will be a plus.

Technical Requirements:

This senior consultant will be integrated within a consultancy team with diverse levels of seniority and experience. For this role isn’t expected a deep and detailed technical product/solution knowledge for implementation purpose, nevertheless the knowledge and availability to do it if required will be valued.

Technology knowledge and experience areas that are valued for the role:

  • OutSystems platform version 10 and 11;

  • Knowledge in object-oriented languages (.NET and or Java);

  • SQL Server and Oracle (not mandatory);

  • Solutions to support mission critical environments, including high availability scenarios.

  • Outsystems certifications will be valued.

Required skills

  • IT or Engineering background;

  • Consultative profile with good organizational and documentation skills;

  • Resilient team worker;

  • Customer focused;

  • Availability to travel, when required by the project (not mandatory);

  • Excellent Communication Skills –fluent in English and Portuguese. Any other language is a plus;

  • Experience in leading customer meetings and other customer interactions (like presentations) at different hierarchical client levels;

  • Comfortable working with innovative approaches and service automation, will be a huge plus;

  • Interested with the client issues, looking to use technology to accelerate business challenges;

  • Comfortable interacting with different stakeholders within organizations in different business sectors;

  • Continuously bringing value to the team, being one step ahead regarding new technologies and trends.
