UX/UI Consultant

Role Overview

As a Consultant at Unipartner, you should expect to be integrated in a vibrant and solid practice with a consistent track-record of innovation and growth, sustained by successful project delivery.

The Challenge

 

As part of the project, you will:

  • Investigate user experience design requirements for our suite of digital assets;

  • Develop and conceptualize a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand;

  • Prepare interactive mock-ups or prototypes to verify the achieved user experience;

  • Prepare wireframes, user flows, process flows, etc. to communicate design ideas and the interaction concept;

  • Develop the applications look & feel following and contributing for Design Systems - testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages;

  • Collaborate with the marketing team, and internal designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user;

  • Provide advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and test activities in order to analyze and predict user behaviour;

  • Adhere to style standards on typography and graphic design.

Required Languages:

  • Fluent in Portuguese and English.

We are looking for bright talent with a minimum of:

  • 3 years of professional experience

  • Higher Education

Technical Skills:

  • A bachelor's degree or master and a minimum of 2/3 years UI/UX design experience for digital products or services.

  • A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.

  • Knowledge of the following technologies and software: Miro, Microsoft Office 365, Adobe XD;

  • Plus - HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite;

Soft Skills:

  • A team player but can work independently too;

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

  • A solid understanding of UX/UI design principles;

  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks;

  • Aware and interest in current technology and design trends;

  • Experience on working in Agile projects

  • Great skills regarding interpersonal relationships;

  • Responsible, analysis and communication skills and flexible behaviour;

  • Team spirit and initiative capabilities.
